CANCELLATION POLICY

Cancellation Policy: If you cancel your appointment less than 24 hours before your scheduled time, your deposit will be forfeited. Your deposit is non-refundable, but it can be transferred if you reschedule 24 hours or more in advance. Deposits are only refundable if Lovely Lips & Brows cancels your appointment due to unforeseen circumstances on our end. Appointment & Late Policy: We offer a 10-minute grace period for appointments. If you are more than 10 minutes late, a $10 late fee will apply. If you are 15 minutes or more late, your appointment will automatically be marked as a no-show, and your appointment will be canceled with your deposit forfeited. All appointments take place at The Linc, in the My Salon Suite building (one location only), so please double-check the address before your visit. We kindly ask that you plan ahead, allow enough travel time, and make sure you know exactly where you’re going so you can arrive on time. This helps us stay on schedule and provide the best experience for everyone. By booking an appointment, you acknowledge and agree to these policies. A $40 non-refundable deposit is required for all services, except brow cleanups, which require a smaller deposit. This deposit is required at the time of booking, is applied toward your total service cost, and will be forfeited in the event of a cancellation or no-show.
